However, the real estate agent must also comply with certain duties towards third parties and professional colleagues.<\/p><p>In case of violation of these duties, the real estate agent may be confronted with claims for damages (liability claims) and\/or with a reduction of commission.<\/p><p>I advise and represent real estate agents in defending such claims as well as in enforcing the real estate agent&#8217;s commission claims.
