Tenancy law and residential law
Approximately half of the Austrian population lives in property while the other half are tenants.
Thus, more than half of the Austrian population is either a tenant or a landlord and has to deal with tenancy law.
However, Austrian landlord and tenant law is particularly complex. There are a great many legal requirements that landlords must comply with. Austrian tenancy law also imposes some obligations – and of course rights – on tenants.
I will be happy to advise and represent you in your capacity as landlord, tenant, condominium owner of private or commercial real estate or condominium owners’ associations in connection with all issues of tenancy and residential law.
My services as an Attorney for Law for tenancy and residential law include in particular:
- Drawing up and reviewing tenancy agreements
- Drafting and review of lease agreements
- Advice and representation in rent and eviction proceedings
- Advice and representation in rent review proceedings before the arbitration board and the court
