Civil law – also called private law – regulates the legal relationships of people (natural persons) and legal entities (e.g. a limited liability company) among themselves.
The rules of civil law concern many areas of life, such as personal law, family law, matrimonial law, law of succession, law of property, law of obligations, etc.
Most of the legal areas of my law firm specialization concern civil law. It goes without saying that my law firm also handles litigation – whether contentious or non-contentious proceedings and regardless of the courts – in these areas of law.
If a legal protection insurance exists, my law firm takes care of all necessary steps for a legal protection coverage and then – if a legal protection coverage is granted – settles directly with your legal protection insurance.
