In the course of his brokerage activities, the real estate agent is subject to various duties – especially the duties to inform and clarify, the duties of protection and due diligence, the duty of loyalty – towards his client. However, the real estate agent must also comply with certain duties towards third parties and professional colleagues.

In case of violation of these duties, the real estate agent may be confronted with claims for damages (liability claims) and/or with a reduction of commission.

I advise and represent real estate agents in defending such claims as well as in enforcing the real estate agent’s commission claims. My clients benefit not only from my legal knowledge and experience as a Attorney at Law, but also from my additional training and experience as a real estate agent.

Conversely, I advise and represent clients of the real estate agent and third parties – whether consumers or entrepreneurs – and examine the real estate agent’s commission claims for justification and defend them in court.
